Are appointments in person?
No. Clinic appointments are provided online through Google Meet.
Can symptoms or medication be discussed on WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp is used for booking, payment, links, and administrative notices. Assessment, treatment, and medication review take place during scheduled appointments.
How does booking work?
The session fee is 40,000 Sudanese pounds. Selecting an appointment in Google Calendar does not confirm the session. Booking is confirmed after payment and the clinic verifies the transfer receipt through its official WhatsApp.
How long is a session?
Sessions are normally 40 minutes, counted from the scheduled start time.
Is every condition suitable for online care?

Can medication be changed between sessions by message?
No. Medication changes require an appropriate medical review.
