Booking and follow-up policies
Practical rules for appointments, attendance, communication, and safety.
Session duration
Sessions are normally 40 minutes and time is counted from the scheduled start.
Late arrival
Arrival more than 10 minutes late may prevent the session from starting and does not extend the scheduled end time.
Cancellation
At least 24 hours’ notice is required when an appointment cannot be attended.

Emergencies
Online care is not an emergency service and does not replace in-person emergency medical care.
