How booking is completed
- Select a suitable time from the official calendar.
- Pay the full session fee.
- Send the transfer receipt through the clinic WhatsApp.
- Receive the clinic confirmation and pre-session form.
- Google may add the Meet link immediately after you press Book, before payment is completed.
Important: pressing Book creates a real Google Calendar appointment and may block that time for others. This confirms that Google created the event, but it is not the clinic's final acceptance. Clinic acceptance follows payment, receipt submission, and confirmation from the clinic.
Fees and payment
Session fee: SDG 40,000.

Send receipt and confirm booking
If you are outside Sudan, select a time and contact the clinic through WhatsApp to ask about the payment method available for your country. A Google event created before payment is still awaiting the clinic's final acceptance.
Before booking
The public calendar is for initial assessments. Current patients should arrange follow-up sessions through the clinic's administrative WhatsApp according to their care plan.
All displayed times use Sudan time GMT+2. Check the time difference before selecting if you are outside Sudan.
If booking for another person or someone under 18, state this when sending the payment receipt. Parent or guardian involvement is determined according to age, clinical need, and privacy.
Booking does not guarantee medication or a medical report. Any prescription or clinical document is issued only when clinically indicated after assessment.
Attendance and cancellation
Join from a quiet, private place with a suitable internet connection where possible.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may prevent the session from starting, to protect later appointments.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellation or non-attendance is treated as a missed appointment under clinic policy.
If payment is made but the clinic cannot confirm the selected time, an alternative is arranged or the fee is handled under the clinic policies.
This clinic is not an emergency service
For immediate risk of harm, attempted suicide, severe agitation, acute psychosis, poisoning, or loss of consciousness ... do not wait for an appointment or WhatsApp response. Go immediately to the nearest functioning emergency department with a trusted person.
